How we do it
Project developments are carried out according to the Stage and Gate model.
A project management system widely used to effectively manage times and costs of a research project.
Work is organized by steps: from the idea to the product launch. Work packages are prepared, called stages, which detail very clearly times, costs, objectives and preparation for the next stage.
At the end of the work package there is always a gate, where the company management assesses if objectives are being respected and the possibility of continuing or not to the next stage
We carefully select the most advanced methods and tools in engineering. Using finite element software, we can analyze complex structures in order to understand the systems strains and evaluate their dynamic effect.
CFD analysis helps us understand fluids behaviour in hydraulic and aeraulic applications, and consequently implement a development process to improve their performances.
In complex systems with several parameters we use parameterization and single and multi objective optimization algorithms in order to understand what parameters to apply and their value.
Where there is demand for field trials, we develop prototypes and define a series of tests to validate analytical and numerical models that simulate the real behaviour of the analysed phenomena.
