Following the consultation of the Website, data relating to identified or identifiable persons (the Users) can be processed (herinafafter “Personal Data”).

PERSONAL DATA, PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Website automatically acquire, in their regular operation, some Personal Data which are implicitly transmitted when using internet communication protocols (hereinafter “Implicitly Transmitted Data”).
Implicitly Transmitted Data are not collected in order to be associated with specific persons or interests; nonetheless, they can, by their very nature and through association and processing with other data held by third parties, lead to the identification of the Website’s Users.
Implicitly Transmitted Data includes data relating to IP addresses of Users connecting to the Website, time of the request, method used to submit the request to the server and other information relating to the User’s operating system and computer environment.
Implicitly Transmitted Data are only used for anonym statistical purposes as to the use of the Website and to check its functioning. In the event of computer crimes involving the Website, Implicitly Transmitted Data might be used to ascertain liability upon request by relevant authorities. Except for cases of computer crimes involving the Website, Implicitly Transmitted Data are retained for no longer than one month.
Personal Data freely, voluntarily and explicitly sent by email or through the forms provided by the Website, including but not limited to the User’s e-mail address, are acquired by the Controller, for the purpose of replying to the User’s requests exclusively.

The legal basis for the processing of the User’s Personal Data will be the User’s consent and the performance of a contract (User’s request).

Except for Implicitly Transmitted Data, the disclosure of any other Personal Data or information by the User is optional.
It is worth recalling, however, that in case of specific requests by the User, including any request as to the newsletter and the recruiting process, the disclosure of certain Personal Data might result to be essential in order to provide the required services. In these cases, the Controller might decide to dismiss incomplete requests without any notice and responsibility whatsoever.
The Controller might cancel any subscription to the newsletter and/or interrupt the performance of any other service whatsoever in case the User provides false statements concerning his or her Personal Data.
PROCESSING, PERIOD OF STORAGE AND AUTOMATED MEANS/DECISION-MAKING
Personal Data are processed by using computerized procedures and exclusively for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they have been collected. Afterwards, Personal Data (excluding Implicitly Transmitted Data) will be stored for a period of 10 years, in accordance with law provisions and/or to allow defence of legal claims.
Personal Data are not processed by automated means/decision-making, including profiling.
Specific safety measures are employed to prevent any loss of Personal Data, unlawful or improper use and unauthorized accesses.
THE USER’S RIGHTS, COMPLAINTS AND CONSENT WITHDRAWAL
The Data Subjects may exercise, at any time, the right to access, amend, update and delete any collected Personal Data as well as to restrict the processing or to object to the processing and the right of data portability.
The Data Subjects have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
The Data Subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority located in the Member State of his or her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
